To accommodate this development, Vaujany has evolved into three distinct areas, all seamlessly connected by a sophisticated lift system featuring escalators and a small funicular - making it easy to move around the resort with ease and enjoy everything it has to offer
Just below the cable car station, a pair of modern funiculars provides easy access to Vaujany’s leisure facilities—including the swimming pool, ice skating stadium, and ten-pin bowling alley.
The funicular also features a midway stop, perfectly positioned for guests staying at Résidence Saskia and Chalet Sika, making it even easier to reach the slopes or enjoy the resort’s amenities.
Vaujany’s different levels are cleverly connected by a series of escalators, making it wonderfully easy to get around. Navigating the village is an absolute breeze!
The escalators link Le Galerie Marchande (the top of the village), home to shops and restaurants with the middle level, where you’ll find the main lift station and tourist office, and even more shops, bars, and eateries. It’s all designed to help you move effortlessly between the resort’s key areas, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.
Vaujany offers a convenient shuttle service for guests staying at the top of the village and in La Villette, providing easy transport back to their accommodation. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes throughout the day in both directions.
To ensure a smooth start to your ski day, the service operates every 15 minutes between 08:45 and 09:45 - perfect for getting to the lift station in time for first tracks.
