Catering in your chalet

Ski Peak historically has been known for the delicious catering that our chalet hosts offer. It was our USP for 30 years across multiple chalets, apartments and hotel.  We have had to step away from catering but know the importance of having some help in the kitchen when you just want to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We've searched high and low for local cook/chefs who can provide catering during your holiday, to a one-off special meal cooked by a professional chef (see below), we try to facilitate all requests.

And it's not only the cooking and cleaning we can help with. We can also help organise fridge-stocking, so you have the essentials for your first dinner and breakfast, and we even have a meal delivery service.

The Private Chef Experience

We've partnered with The Chalet Chef  to make hosting memorable evening an absolute breeze.  Their chefs will take care of everything for you from start to finish. They'll bring all the necessary ingredients, cook and serve the food and even clean up afterwards. All you have to do is sit back, maybe enjoy a glass of wine or two, and anticipate the experience that’s on the way!

Book a chef

On the day of the event... 

  • The chef will arrive approximately 4 hours before the start of service, along with all the ingredients needed to cook your chosen meal in your kitchen. 
  • The chef will cook and serve each dish to you – and they’re happy to pass on some tips if you want to improve your own cookery! 
  • Before leaving, the chef will ensure the kitchen has been cleaned.

What's On The Menu?

Check out their range of delicious menus here starting at €39 per person including half a bottle of wine. It’s quick & easy to book and if you’re not sure of all the details or can’t decide on a menu, don’t worry! You can simply pay a 20% deposit to secure your date and finalise all the details later with The Chalet Chef team. They recommend booking your chef as early as possible with a minimum time frame of 14 days in advance.

In light of Covid-19, chefs have been given more stringent operational procedures to follow to ensure your safety as well as their own.
