MAISON Rostaing

Description

All of our Vaujany chalets and apartments are now self catered, but we work closely with local caterers The Chalet Chef, who take control of all things food.

Welcome to MAISON Rostaing, rented Saturday to Saturday. It is a combination of our three chalets in La Villette de Vaujany (Rostaing, Lucette & Dibona). The complex has 6 private parking spaces and a large private garden, perfect for young families to enjoy making snowmen and sledging.

Each chalet has its own kitchen, dining area and lounge. The two kitchens of Rostaing and Lucette have a walkway to one another, enabling easy and organised cooking for large groups - multiple ovens and dishwashers in action at the same time.

There is enough space in the Rostaing dining room for up to 26 adults, so plenty of room for those cosy dinners by the fire together. If your group has children, using the Lucette dining room to feed them saves time and energy.

The last 8 images of the gallery colour code the individual chalets, to help convey access and combination of the complex.  Rostaing is on the roadside with a stone exterior (white). The other building which is light grey pebble dash is Lucette (blue) with Dibona being underneath with stone exterior (yellow).

I have tried to highlight

• The two private parking areas for the complex (totalling 6 bays) 
• The two entrances for Chalet Rostaing, one on the road side and the lower dining room entrance down the stairs
• Chalet Lucette entrance up some stairs from Chalet Rostaing lower entrance (2m from eachother)
• Boot room, opposite the entrance to Lucette and Rostaing, below the parking area
• Chalet Dibona, underneath Lucette with doors straight onto terrace
• The garden and connections between the two kitchens of Rostaing and Lucette

We often rent these chalets together as it works really well, offering lots of space to large diverse groups.

As part of your stay in Rostaing, you can ski back to within 200m of the chalet, a wonderful end to the day. Staying in La Villette is quite a special experience – few hamlets retain such history, traditions and charm whilst being only three minutes from a modern ski resort.

Pricing

Notes on Pricing

1. Accommodation only on a weekly basis
2. Prices do not include travel. We are able to arrange your transfers (NOT flights). The cost of the transfer element is subject to your flight and size of group. Please see our travel sections for more information.
3. At the time of making a reservation we kindly ask for a 30% deposit to secure the booking.
4. There is an additional 'tourist tax' of €1.76 per person per night (18 and over) to pay, which will be added onto your 'Extra's invoice', due two weeks before your arrival.
5. Please note that there is an extra fixed charge of €750 to cover linen and changeover (full Maison Rostaing) to make it presentable for your arrival and for the next guests (usually €400/ €300/ €200 resepctively).
6. We still ask that the chalet is left as you found it with; crockery and glasses etc washed up and put away, surfaces wiped, floor swept and bins emptied.
7. You may occupy the chalet from 16:00 on the day of arrival and are kindly requested to vacate by 10:00 on the day of departure.
8. There is a security deposit of €500/ €400 /€300 held against a credit card on arrival.

• Bedroom 2. 1 Double bed and 1 single, shared bathroom and wc.
• Bedroom 3. 1 Double bed, en-suite bathroom, wc and balcony. (can add an extra camp bed if required)
