A cleverly converted old farmhouse, three storey Chalet Lucette has plenty of communal space for the whole group with a large dining/lounge area and shared use of a big garden (we promise kids will love this). However, with two balconies and several rooms, there is still ample space to escape to a corner with a great read and an even better view. A professional, yet easy to use well-equipped kitchen makes dining ‘at home’ simple.
For a French Alps vacation Chalet Lucette soon becomes a home from home with its clever blend of comfortable and stylish surroundings. You’ll feel equally comfortable in shorts and bare feet for a lunch time BBQ in the garden as you will getting dressed up for candle lit dinners in the Alpine style surroundings of the dining room. Chalet Lucette with its La Villette hamlet location just above the main village of Vaujany, feels as though it is sited on the edge of two worlds; tamed Alps of France villages and valleys stretch out beneath you, whilst an incredible mountain wilderness looms high above. The garden is a great place for the kids to play table tennis, blow up a plastic pool or for you to chill out on the grass. These are shared with Chalet Dibona and Chalet Rostaing, but both are very spacious. All three chalets provide great accommodation in the French Alps.

- With more than 20 years experience of French Alps vacations to Vaujany and its beautiful surroundings, we will provide you with suggestions for activities, sites, restaurants, walks, day trips – anything you wish to help make your stay be the very best possible.
- Though only a 2 minute drive or a beautiful 15 minute walk away (across a meadow filled with gorgeous Beaufort cattle), why not put the kids on the Petit Train that runs all day for free around the village, and head down into Vaujany and watch the world go by?
- You’ll be a ten minute walk from the stunningly set free village tennis courts.
- A chance to catch a glimpse of the rural Alps of France by staying in a place steeped in tradition, history and customs. There are few hamlets left like it.
- Free linen (but not towels) is provided and high chairs and cots should you need them.
- Easy parking right outside the chalets, shared use of our large garden and use of a large locked room for bike storage.
