Choose any of our Chalets in La Villette and you’re guaranteed a peaceful stay set in gorgeous surroundings with plenty of activities and family fun on your doorstep. However, Chalet Dibona, our smallest chalet gives you a chance to appreciate all this in intimate, comfortable, homely surroundings.

The Chalet, ideal for French holidays, is easily spacious enough for 6 and comes perfectly equipped with a good, easy to use kitchen with all the utensils you’ll need, comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a great lounge/dining area. There’s even a log fire but thanks to our great summers, we doubt you’ll need it.
Uniquely, you have use of your own private terrace, such a great place to put the BBQ up in the evenings and watch the splendid sunset reflect off the mountains opposite. Chalet Dibona with its La Villette hamlet location just above the main village of Vaujany, feels as though it is sited on the edge of two worlds; tamed Alpine villages and valleys stretch out beneath you, whilst an incredible mountain wilderness rises high above. The possibility of a French Alps summer holiday you’ll never forget is yours to seize. Memories for a lifetime are guaranteed!

- It comes with a large private terrace and suntrap. This is the perfect venue for deckchairs, board games under a shady umbrella or somewhere for Dad to get stuck in to the barbeque. The friendly neighbour has even been known to contribute veggies for the BBQ!
- Its homely design includes: a double bedroom, a twin and a room with comfy bunk beds for the kids (who gets to have the top bunk?) and an airy and light lounge area.
- Access to a large garden and ‘bootroom’ (which doubles as a great lockable bike store in the summer). The garden is a great place for the kids to play table tennis, blow up a plastic pool or for you to chill out on the grass. These are shared with Chalet Lucette and Chalet Rostaing, but both are very spacious.

- Though only a 2 minute drive or a beautiful 15 minute walk away (across a meadow filled with gorgeous Beaufort cattle), why not put the kids on the Petit Train that runs all day for free around the village, and head down into Vaujany and watch the world go by?
- You’ll be a ten minute walk from the stunningly set free village tennis courts.
- A chance to catch a glimpse of rural Alpine France by staying in a place steeped in tradition, history and customs. There are few hamlets left like it.
- Free linen and towels and high chairs and cots should you need them.
- Easy parking right outside the chalets, shared use of our large garden and use of a large locked room for bike storage.
